16 weeks old and weighed only 1 lb 3 oz. Severe case of ringworms, internal parasites, ear mites (really bad because they were crusted over by the ringworms and was just a glob of goo in each ear underneath the crust), and had a fever. The “before” pics are after I’d gotten home from the vet and they’d bathed her and cleaned out her ears. Barely enough energy to walk. Her back legs are very bowed. She’s been quarantined in my half bath since she arrived and gets medicated baths and supplements, plus she’d gone thru a round of antibiotics.

I almost cried when I met up with the woman to rush her to the vet, because she was worse in person than in the picture I’d seen. Poor thing was living in a hot garage with no medical care. Now I need to find a home for her! Not sure if her growth will catch up, she’s about 1/3rd the size of the 2 stray kittens the same age.
