Vendor/Food and Non-Profit Booth information:

Note: to be fair to both vendors and merchants of Old Town Spring, we are limited booths of the same type to two. For example, two candles, two pet clothing, two pet bakeries, two petsitters, etc. If you want to ensure a booth space, please register early. Applications will be given approval on a first come, first serve basis.

The following categories are now closed:

Pet Bakeries
Pet Clothing
Pet Beds (unless they are entirely different from the registered vendors)


Pet Fest 2007 Dates: Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14, 2007
Pet Fest 2007 Times: Saturday: 10am to 5pm and Sunday: Noon to 5pm

Move-in Times: Saturday, 7:30am to 9:30am: Sunday, 9:30am to 11:30am
Move-out Time: Sunday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm

*You are welcome to leave your booth set up from Saturday to Sunday, but Old Town Spring does not provide security. Old Town Spring is not responsible for damage or loss of any kind.

*Management will be at the barricade near the Doll Hospital to give you your booth location information.

Sponsor fees: $200 minimum

PetFest Waiver

If you are a business and/or Individual that would like to donate money, products and/or services to Pet Fest 2007 or become a sponsor, please contact Shelly Smith at 281-528-7070 or 281-460-1267.

BOX LUNCHES AVAILABLE FOR PETFEST BOOTHS

Once again, this year Michelle Lawyer with Sweet Confections Bakery will be offering box lunches at a discounted rate for all rescue groups, shelters, service groups and vendors.

Box lunches which include a sandwich, chips, drink, cookie and condiments would normally sell for $9.95 but they will be offered for only $6.50, including delivery to all PetFest participants that pre-order/prepay by October 5th.

The choices are as follows:

Sandwiches: Italian Sub, Ham & Cheddar. Turkey & Swiss, Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad (everything is on a homemade sub bun and mustard/mayo come on the side)
Chips: Plain, Doritos, Fritos, Cheetos
Drink: Coke, Pepsi, Diet Coke, Sprite and Water (add .50 for water)
Cookie: Chocolate Chip, Texas Cowpattie, Oatmeal Raison, Peanut Butter, Sugar

For those still hungry, she will have a full stock of homemade candies including fudge, brittles, and prailines, cupcakes, brownies and cookies in the shop at 417N Gentry (in Creekside Plaza next to Different Strokes Pet Boutique).

BOOTH SITTERS

This year, we are able to offer limited booth sitting services. If you need to take a break to get food, go to the bathroom, attend Meet the Breed, etc, you will be give a phone number to call and if possible, we will send a volunteer to stay at your booth while you are gone. If you want to preschedule a time, this would be very helpful. Please limit the time at 30 minutes or less.
