Note: to
be fair to both vendors and merchants of Old Town Spring, we
are limiting booths with the same type of merchandise to two.
For example, two candles, two pet clothing, two pet bakeries,
etc. If you want to ensure a booth space, please register early.
Applications will be given
approval on a first come, first serve basis.
Pet Fest 2009 Dates: Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October
25, 2009
Pet Fest 2009 Times: Saturday: 10am to 5pm and Sunday: Noon to
5pm
Move-in Times: Saturday, 7:30am to 9:30am: Sunday, 9:30am to
11:30am
Move-out Time: Sunday, 5:00pm to 7:00pm
*You are welcome to leave your booth set up from Saturday to
Sunday, but Old Town Spring does not provide security. Old Town
Spring is not responsible for damage or loss of any kind. Booth
information packages, including booth assignment and one parking
pass per day per group/vendor, will be mailed out the first week
of October.
*Management will be at the barricade near the Doll Hospital
to give you your booth location information.
Sponsor fees: $500 Longhorn Level, $1000 Silver Dollar Level,
$1500 Texas Gold Level

Waiver
If you are a business and/or Individual that would like to donate
money, products and/or services to Pet Fest 2009 or become a sponsor,

BOX LUNCHES
Once again this year, Monique Le Blanc, owner of The Whole
Cake and Kaboodle, is offering box lunches to the booths at PetFest
at a discounted rate. She is also extending this service to the
merchants of Old Town Spring this year. All orders will be delivered
to your booth/shop but orders must be placed by October
12 and paid for by October 16th. Please see the attached
form for her
wonderful menu. If you have questions, please call her at 281/353-7878.

SITTERS
This year, we are able to offer limited booth sitting
services. If you need to take a break to get food, go to the
bathroom, etc, you will be give a phone number to call and if
possible, we will send a volunteer to stay at your booth while
you are gone. If you want to preschedule a time, this would be
very helpful. Please limit the time at 30 minutes or less.
